Sundeep has over 25 years’ experience advising corporate and public sector bodies. This includes:
- Drafting bespoke corporate and commercial documents, from intricate multi-jurisdictional share purchase agreements to simple terms and conditions of sale
- Solicitor advocate with experience in advising on corporate risk management/strategy and disputes
- Mentoring and training for career and business development e.g. delivering seminars on presentation skills through to formulating effective business plans
Away from work, Sundeep enjoys spending time with family and is an avid sports fan.
