I have acted for clients for over 25 years ensuring everything prior to the completion date progresses smoothly and on the actual day of completion you gain access to your home with champagne flowing ……. as for many people buying a property is the most expensive outlay they will incur during their lifetime and I have assisted in making their dreams come true.
Having worked on all aspects of conveyancing from freehold to leasehold properties including unregistered, lease extensions, retirement homes and shared ownership properties, I have the necessary experience and the legal knowledge.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis especially in warm climates (!), dancing and looking after Dexter steers in my back garden.
