Sumera was exceptional throughout what was a genuinely difficult period. Her strategic judgement was outstanding, she calibrated the negotiation exactly right and secured an outcome materially better than I'd hoped for. She was also remarkably efficient and moved quickly when it mattered, which made a huge difference to how the process unfolded. She made a stressful process feel manageable, was clear and available when I needed her, and never made me feel like just another case. I'm genuinely grateful for the work she did and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Pardeep Singh Kandola at Askews Legal LLP recently handled the conveyancing for my property purchase, and the level of service provided from start to finish was truly exceptional. Buying a property is notoriously known for being a complex and often daunting process, but Pardeep’s meticulous attention to detail and highly proactive approach made the entire experience incredibly straightforward and stress-free. Right from the beginning, Pardeep took the time to clearly outline the legal steps involved, ensuring I understood exactly what to expect. Throughout the transaction, I never felt the need to chase for updates; I was kept consistently informed on the progress of the searches, contracts, and seller communications. Whenever I had a query or needed clarification on the legal paperwork, Pardeep was always approachable, responding promptly and with absolute clarity. Every document was handled efficiently, and it felt like any potential hurdles were anticipated and resolved long before they could cause delays. It is rare to find a solicitor who combines such a high level of legal expertise with genuine, attentive client care. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work that went into getting this purchase over the line seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pardeep's services again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend Askews Legal LLP to anyone in need of a reliable, top-tier conveyancer.

I dealt with Julie Prescott (office administrator on behalf of Mr Sandhu) for a travel consent letter for my son. Julie was so helpful from initial enquiry all the way through to the appointment and was so understanding and compassionate at the time of the appointment. Such a pleasure to deal with.
