The SRA Diversity Questionnaire was circulated internally by email to all 63 employees/workers (including 1 individual who had been offered a role but not yet commenced employment) and followed up with 2 separate reminders for completion. 56 out of 63 individuals responded to the questionnaire, with one response being inaccessible and their data has been collated to produce the information below.
Individuals were invited to submit their completed questionnaires anonymously electronically (scanned in) or in hard copy. All data has been reported anonymously to ensure compliance with Data Protection.
A copy of this report will be circulated internally via email and uploaded in the shared library area on HR Genie, the firm’s internal HR software. A copy will also be published on the Firm’s website.
Trends and summary 2025
Approximately 2/3rds of the individuals in the firm continue to work in a fee earning capacity. The substantial majority of support staff are female.
All age brackets are represented. The age brackets 35-44 and 45-54 are the highest represented, with the 25-34 age bracket being not dissimilar.
In terms of ethnic background, the majority of individuals are of British/English/Welsh/Northern Irish/Scottish or Indian ethnic backgrounds, with other backgrounds being underrepresented.
5 different religions or beliefs are represented, with a slight trend towards no religion or belief, followed closely by Christianity and Sikhism.
