Diversity Data Reporting 2023

The SRA Diversity Questionnaire was circulated internally by email to all 56 employees/workers (including 3 individuals who had been offered roles but not yet commenced employment) and followed up with 4 separate reminders for completion. 51 out of 56 individuals responded to the questionnaire, with one response being inaccessible and their data has been collated to produce the information below.

Individuals were invited to submit their completed questionnaires anonymously electronically (scanned in) or in hard copy. All data has been reported anonymously to ensure compliance with Data Protection.

A copy of this report will be circulated internally via email and displayed on the staff notice board. A copy will also be published on the Firm’s website which is currently being updated.

Trends and summary

Approximately 2/3rds of the individuals in the firm work in a fee earning capacity. There are more female than male fee earners. The substantial majority of support staff are female.

All age brackets are represented. The age bracket 25-34 is represented the highest, with the 35-44 age bracket being not dissimilar.

In terms of ethnic background, the majority of individuals are of white British or Indian ethnic backgrounds, with other backgrounds being under represented.

7 different religions or beliefs are represented, with a slight trend towards a higher proportion of Cristian faith individuals, followed closely by Sikh or no religious belief.
