They say that moving house is the most stressful time of your life – not if you use me as your residential conveyancing solicitor!  I have acted for clients for over 25 years ensuring everything prior to the completion date progresses smoothly and on the actual day of completion you gain access to your home with champagne flowing …….  as for many people buying a property is the most expensive outlay they will incur during their lifetime and I have assisted in making their dreams come true.

Having worked on all aspects of conveyancing from freehold to leasehold properties including unregistered, lease extensions, retirement homes and shared ownership properties, I have the necessary experience and the legal knowledge.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis especially in warm climates (!), dancing and looking after Dexter steers in my back garden.

We worked with Sunitum Dhillon on our property sale and purchase. Sunitum went out of her way to help us on our property purchase which had many challenging heardles to overcome. She worked above and beyond to ensure the property purchase could move forward and we are extremely grateful for all the help she gave (outside of her normal remit) on both of our transactions. It was clear that Sunitum cared about our sale and purchase, and communication was thorough and clear, and we felt very well looked after. She advised us properly and ensured we were best placed to make difficult decisions during the process. She communicated extremely well with our onward purchase solicitor, and problem-solved together, as the sellers we were buying from were tricky, and the estate agent non-existent. Sunitum spoke to us regularly, and corresponded with our seller's solicitor on the phone, which is a rareity these days. We also liked that there was a technical team available to check things for us as we were buying a Listed property, and filling out the protocol forms online made the first steps a lot easier as we didn't need to attend the office. Sunitum, thank you again for all of your hard work and everything you have done for us. We gratefully appreciate the extra mile you put in to help us move, and we are very happy in our new home.
