Simran Sanghera
Simran Sanghera is a key member of the Conveyancing team, bringing with her several years of experience in residential property transactions. Known for her methodical and diligent approach, Simran enjoys overseeing a conveyance from start to finish, taking pride in guiding clients through what is often one of the most significant milestones in their lives.
Simran supports her fee earner and colleagues across the firm, always ready to assist where needed to ensure matters progress smoothly. She believes that strong communication is at the heart of good client service and makes it a priority to keep clients fully informed throughout the conveyancing process. Her ability to explain legal matters in a clear and accessible way helps clients feel confident and in control, regardless of their experience with the property market.
One of Simran’s favourite aspects of her role is uncovering the unique details that arise in every transaction – no two properties are ever quite the same. She particularly enjoys dealing with complex enquiries and helping clients understand the legal implications in straightforward terms. Her approachable and informative style means clients always know where they stand, and she works hard to ensure they feel supported from instruction to completion.
Beyond her day-to-day work, Simran has also had her legal writing recognised. In 2019, her case note on Darnley v Croydon Health Services NHS Trust (2018) was published on WestLaw in the Coventry Law Journal—a proud achievement that reflects her keen interest in legal research and writing. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to the gym, learning new languages, and reading, always looking to broaden her skills and interests both professionally and personally.
