Pardeep Kandola
Pardeep previously worked for a local high street firm and a regional law firm in the residential conveyancing department.
Pardeep is committed to providing a personal service to all of his clients and has built an excellent rapport with local estate agents which helps the process of selling and buying. Many of Pardeep’s clients re-instruct him on subsequent matters.
Pardeep often acts for clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties. He acts for clients selling and buying at auction, remortgage transactions and also acts for purchasers of new build homes. He frequently acts for buy-to-let investors.
Pardeep has acted for clients applying for adverse possession and has advised clients on private charges/mortgages.
In his spare time he likes to cook and keep fit!
Pardeep graduated from Coventry University with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law with International Studies. He is currently at BPP University studying for his Graduate Diploma in Law.
