Bisham is an adept and commercially minded paralegal with three years of experience within real estate and property finance. She possesses a strong foundation in restructuring and insolvency matters, having supported SME’s and medium-sized enterprises through directly liaising with company directors, and assisting Insolvency Practitioners in initiating formal insolvency proceedings, including voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations, bankruptcies and LPA receiverships. Throughout her corporate career, Bisham has supported solicitors and wider teams on a variety of mid-value and high-value matters. Notable highlights include assisting in drafting commercial leases for the iconic Birmingham Bullring Market.
