Bally Mawi

Bally is a paralegal within our Family Department and provides invaluable support and assistance to our dedicated team of Specialist solicitors, Mr Robin Heer in particular.

Bally has more than 20 years’ experience in legal practice having supported and worked closely with both senior and junior solicitors. She continues to support our family department and has excellent client care skills. She speaks Punjabi and is able to translate in-house, which our clients find invaluable.

Bally is able to assist in all aspects of Divorce & Financial matters, Children matters, inclusive of Contact and Residence disputes, Prohibited Steps and Specific issues applications as well as Wardship, Injunctive matters, to include Occupation and Non Molestation Orders. Bally works extremely hard and is client focused. She is very reliable and an asset to our team and our department.

Bally is a Member and Graduate of the Institute of Legal Executives having successfully completed her Level 3 and 4 Diplomas in Law back in 2003.

When not working, Bally dedicates her time to her family which includes her dogs! On the rare occasion she is able to get a bit of ‘me’ time, she enjoys going to the cinema and catching up with her friends.
