Bisham is an adept and commercially minded paralegal with three years of experience within real estate and property finance. She possesses a strong foundation in restructuring and insolvency matters, having supported SME’s and medium-sized enterprises through directly liaising with company directors, and assisting Insolvency Practitioners in initiating formal insolvency proceedings, including voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations, bankruptcies and LPA receiverships. Bisham is a pragmatic, resourceful and dedicated member of the team.

Throughout her corporate career, Bisham has supported solicitors and wider teams on a variety of mid-value and high-value matters. Notable highlights include assisting in drafting commercial leases for the iconic Birmingham Bullring Market.
