Zoe Varney is the Human Resources Manager at our firm, bringing over 15 years of HR experience to the role. Having worked at all levels of HR, including as Head of People for a Coventry-based manufacturing business, Zoe has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, covering everything from recruitment and employee relations to compensation, training, and performance management.

Zoe chose to specialise in Human Resources because of her love for working with people and the variety the role brings. No two days are ever the same, and she thrives on the dynamic nature of her work. Her aim is to positively influence the careers of others while working strategically to help organisations achieve their people-related goals. Zoe is passionate about ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to flourish within their roles.

A natural people person, Zoe prides herself on her integrity, professionalism, and ability to follow through on her promises. She firmly believes in treating others as you would expect to be treated and lives by the philosophy of putting 100% into everything she does. This dedication to her work and her approachable manner ensures she builds trust and fosters strong relationships with colleagues and employees alike.

One of the proudest moments of Zoe’s career was returning to university at the age of 36 to achieve her CIPD Level 5 qualification. This milestone reflects her commitment to personal growth and her determination to bring the best possible expertise to her role. Her dedication to continuous improvement and helping others grow is at the heart of her work.

Outside the office, Zoe enjoys spending her free time walking, socialising with friends and family, and taking holidays abroad to recharge and explore new places. Her zest for life and her belief in living it to the full shine through in everything she does, both personally and professionally. With her extensive experience and passion for people, Zoe is a vital part of our team.
