This matter was before the Vice-Chancellor, Mr Justice Snowden, with hearings in the Liverpool and London High Court.

Kuljeet is known for providing commercial solutions, which are efficient, practical and cost effective. He has represented clients in ADR and mediation to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of clients. Nevertheless, where commercially appropriate Kuljeet has no hesitation in resorting to litigation to achieve the client’s objective and will pursue such litigation with rigour, aggression and drive.

When necessary, Kuljeet will instruct appropriate specialist junior and leading (QCs) Barristers, and he will continue to provide the strategic leadership required in the more complex cases.

Kuljeet’s understanding of the wider commercial world, allows him to provide focussed advise on the acquisition and disposal of businesses either by asset purchase or share purchase methods. The service I received from Askews from start to finish was nothing short of total excellence.I was using another law firm in Coventry for many years and due to that firm increasing their fees to an extortionate rate, I decided to look elsewhere, it’s then I found Askews and I’m so glad I did as it quickly became apparent that Askews Legal are the top legal firm in Coventry - their service and fees are unrivalled. If you are looking for a no nonsense legal firm, head straight over to Askews, it’s now my go to firm. 110% recommend.

Having agreed to terminate my employment I was informed I would need a solicitor to advise me on how this would affect my legal rights. I contacted Askews and was and found Harvin Dhillon to be knowledgeable and efficient. He persuaded my employers to adapt some of the conditions they were insisting upon and also to increase their contribution to my legal fees.I have no hesitation in recommending Askews to anybody seeking advice in this area.

I attempted to buy a house about 2 years ago, and it is only through completing on a house with Askews, that I really see how negligent my previous solicitors were.Maira Farouk and Hugh Thomas were absolutely AMAZING!They were super responsive, and spot on. I felt fully supported and aware of each stage of the process as a FTB.I really couldn't have asked for a better Solicitor to handle my case! Superb!
