Kate Darby

Kate is a technical support solicitor within the conveyancing department at Askews LLP.

Kate completed her legal training in Oxford having studied at the College of Law in Guildford. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and continued to practise in Oxford, gaining experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Kate joined Askews in 2020 after 17 years working in a conveyancing department at a firm in Northampton. During this time she undertook a number of roles including head of residential conveyancing and professional support. She has a particular interest in newbuild work.

Now at Askews, Kate provides technical support to the whole conveyancing team, drawing upon her many years of experience and expertise in turning problems into solutions.

In her spare time Kate enjoys running, triathlons, painting and spending time with her family.
