Joseph O’Neill is a solicitor within our commercial property department.
Joseph acts for a wide range of clients on the full spectrum of property transactions from investment and development, to landlord and tenant, and finance. Joseph deals with all aspects of the development cycle from potential acquisitions though to the sale or letting of completed units. He advises investors purchasing complex commercial properties and he has many years’ experience representing commercial landlords and tenants across a range of sectors including many in London’s west end.
He delivers a first-class service and has a sound knowledge of the issues likely to be encountered by his clients.
