Sumera was quick to respond to my request for legal support relating to VR and kept me regularly updated through what turned out to be a protracted process (on the part of the employer). I was grateful for her advice and support throughout, particularly when I needed bespoke changes to make the agreement fit for my context. Sumera was tenacious and assertive on my behalf, and kind and communicative when liaising with me, earning my trust and respect early in the process.
