Linda Ly

Linda Ly is a Legal Executive within the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Linda has over 15 years experience in Conveyancing and has helped thousands of families move home all over the country. Linda has experience in dealing with a wide range of Conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of freehold, unregistered, Leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties, deed of variations, Help to buy, deed of easements and company and charity land transactions.

Linda’s career started at Shoosmiths LLP before joining our team in August 2021. Linda read Law at Birmingham City University and fell into Conveyancing having applied for a role as an assistant paralegal after university, she worked her way up to managing her own team and case load and becoming a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Legal Executives in 2015.

Linda has a friendly and professional nature and is excellent at resolving complex issues. Linda’s favourite part of her job is being able to tell clients that they can collect keys to their dream home. Moving home is considered one of the most stressful events in life but Linda believes that it does not have to be. Client experience is very important to Linda and she will offer as little or as much guidance as a client needs throughout the moving process.

Out of work Linda is mummy to Eden. Linda enjoys cooking, keeping fit and travelling.
