We used Askews for a concurrent sale and purchase. Everything went very smoothly - communication was good, and the few issues that did arise with the process were dealt with promptly. We went with Askews conveyancing through recommendation and they were competitive on fees. Overall, we were very happy with the excellent service through Parvinder, the only communication we had was necessary, Parvinder was quick to respond and resolve issues. The only reason I'm putting 4* instead of 5* are because of the few occasions the trainee solicitor stepped in, his correspondence was rude and his instructions were not clear.Other than that, cannot fault Askew's - I would recommend for conveyancing.
