Nisheet Gosai

Nisheet Gosai is a dedicated member of the Conveyancing team, bringing with him a strong academic background and a genuine passion for Property Law. Having completed both his GDL and LPC, Nisheet transitioned into legal practice with a clear focus on delivering excellent service and support to clients navigating the property market.

Known for his calm and approachable manner, Nisheet believes that clear communication – both verbal and written – is the key to building trust and achieving the best outcomes for clients. He takes pride in being available, reliable, and ensuring that clients are kept informed at every stage of the conveyancing process. His ability to explain legal matters in a straightforward way helps put clients at ease, especially during what can often be a stressful time.

Nisheet also provides support to colleagues across the department, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment. His approachable nature and team-first attitude make him a valuable asset not just to clients, but also to those he works alongside. His motivation comes from knowing he has played a part in helping someone secure their new home, and he finds real satisfaction in making clients happy.

In addition to his legal career, Nisheet has an accomplished background in academia. A former university lecturer teaching undergraduate and post graduate students in both law and non-law disciplines, he is also an accomplished writer. He has published work in the field of education and continues to enjoy writing articles for academic books and journals. He has also spoken at international conferences and seminars, further showcasing his ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and insight.

Outside of the office, Nisheet enjoys dedicating time to his writing and academic interests. His blend of legal knowledge, academic rigour and personable communication style makes him a well-rounded and trusted member of the conveyancing team.
