Job Purpose:
Would you like to work with a forward thinking, ambitious, technologically advanced, full-service law firm? We are looking to recruit a Senior Private Family Solicitor or equivalent. This is a full-time position. The Family Team practice mostly in Divorce and Civil Partnership dissolution and ancillary relief proceedings. The role is to help the firm win high net worth clients and to build a team to support them. This calls for someone dynamic and ambitious.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a broad range of good quality work and will have experience in Divorce, Ancillary Relief and financial settlements. They will also be expected to work as part of a wider-led team, as well as independently (dependent on level of experience and matter requirements). The firm seeks an ambitious candidate with strong technical skills and exceptional client care skills who can work with us to grow the practice. The candidate needs to be a team player, with an enthusiastic and engaged attitude.
In order to be considered for this sought-after role in this experienced team, you will have:
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings within private practice.
- A common sense, down-to-earth approach and be a resilient problem solver.
